Bregolisse's detailed policy positions were published in an undated ForChange Kelowna candidate questionnaire. On safety, she called for temporarily increasing law enforcement, pressuring the Province (including the Attorney General and Health Minister) to act, and mandatory mental-health and addiction counselling before offenders are released; she also said roadside bike-path expansion should be curtailed until safety studies are complete. On water, she said resources must be expanded, with agriculture as a priority. On the economy, she asserted Kelowna has "the highest unemployment rate in the country" (her own statement, not independently verified) and said the city should actively recruit businesses and pursue more well-paying jobs. In the questionnaire she also disclosed that her run was delayed when her husband died suddenly in May 2026 and that she chose to proceed.
